Modular Conveyors

These conveyors are manufactured in bolt together configuration lending well to easily install and lengthen or shorten as required. Transportation costs are also minimized.

Fabricated of 3" x 3" x 1/4" angle cords and 2" x 2" x 3/16" lattice with a precise 1/2" splice plate at each end for easy connection.

• Head sections are available in 5' or 10' lengths.
• Midsections are standard at 20'
• Tail sections are available in 10' or 15' lengths.
• The tail section is guarded and has a skirted receiving point.
• Standard tail sections accommodate top angle frame take-ups

Modules are available as complete with components or bare truses.

Modules are primed and painted yellow.

Conveyor components consist of dodge txt drive with dodge bearings. Head & tail pulleys and troughing rollers are manufactured by douglas manufacturing.

Available sizes are 36", 30", 24" & 18" belt widths.
Truss depths available are 24", 18" and 12"
